20-20-20 Rule

Protect your eyes with this method

Hey friends, a late-night mail here.

I want to share a rule that every one of us must follow to better protect our eyes; the 20-20-20 rule.

The problem:

When we look at our screens for a long time, it is so common that we forget to blink our eyes. This causes our eyes to dry and causes strain. I must say this is not good at all. To solve this problem, you should follow the 20-20-20 rule.

The solution:

Basically what this rule states is that, for every 20 minutes, look at something that is 20 meters away for at least 20 seconds. This helps our eyes to refocus on something else and blink our eyes. Iā€™m no medical expert but as far as I know, this also relaxes capillary muscles (which are responsible for focusing). This is good for our eye health.

So I say that you must follow this rule.

See you next week, Bye šŸ‘‹
